It's usually my laughter you hear as you walk through the door on a Saturday. I'm not shy and I love life! It's been at least 6 years since I first walked through the doors of Floss Avenue. My patients always come back, even AFTER I have cleaned their teeth!

I highly recommend SONICARE (www.sonicare.com link here). It is one of the most advanced toothbrush systems by today's standards. If you suffer from bleeding gums, tea or coffee stains and want to keep up that illustrious smile; this is the toothbrush for you. Most people don't know this, but your teeth heal quicker than any other part of your body. Even after just one hygiene appointment your gums will bounce back to their natural healthy state. Flossing is also very important. When we floss we prevent the plaque from building up between our teeth, which will make your next hygiene appointment a breeze!

Most hygiene appointments are 60 minutes. Children under 12 only need about 30 minutes.

When you first arrive at our office you will hear the relaxing sounds of the ocean, the rainforests of Australia, Vivaldi, Mozart and more. Enjoy the trickling waterfall in our foyer you read one of our large varieties of latest magazines. 

I keep an essential oil diffuser in the office. If you like the idea of breathing in the soothing aroma of your favorite oil during your appointment, bring it with you. After you see me, Doctor Nyquist will come in and talk to you about any work that we think may need to be done. This is a great time to express any concerns you may have about dental work.

When we make your next appointment we ask that you fill out a recall card, which will be mailed to you within one week of your upcoming appointment. And just in case, the card doesn't reach you, Debbie will call you the day before your appointment. If for any reason, you have to cancel your appointment we can put you on a 'cancellation list.'
